EXPERIENCED RELATIONAL PSYCHOTHERAPIST OFFERING REMOTE PSYCHOTHERAPY
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Often it begins with a sense that something in your life just isn’t quite working the way you’d like it to. Whatever that might be, therapy can give you the space to explore things and start to make sense of them in your own way.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel a bit daunting. I aim to make the process feel as comfortable and straightforward as possible, so you can get a sense of what it’s like and decide if it feels right for you.

There are lots of different approaches to therapy, because what works for one person might not work for someone else. Finding the right fit, both in the type of therapy and the person you’re working with matters.

When you think about working with a therapist, what feels important to you?
How I work
I hope to create a warm and welcoming space where you can share all parts of yourself and we're working together in a way that feels right for you and aligns with who I am. While I specialize in these three areas, I'm open to exploring a variety of issues with you.

GSRD
Gender, sex, and relationship diversity therapy encompasses all genders, sexualities, sex and relationship types including non monogamy. This therapy is affirmative, culturally competent, and trauma informed.

Emotions
We can have tricky relationships with our emotions and learn behaviours to help deal with them that may help in the moment but can end us feeling worse after. We can create a relationship with your emotions that suits you and the life you want to live.

Self-esteem
Feelings of inadequacy, and not feeling good enough can be hard to live with. We can work together on figuring out where low self-esteem stems from in your life, putting in boundaries and how to be more gentle.
